Copy this request-for-proposal outline
- Project location: country, district, site and current local application status.
- Line route: halal or non-halal conventional; named certifier if applicable and the accepted/proposed operating method.
- Animal and product brief: cattle range, target operating pattern and intended carcass/quarter/cut products.
- Building information: dimensioned plans/sections, floor levels, clear height, supports, doors and retained equipment.
- Material/inspection plan: head, hide, offal, carcass, held and rejected-material routes; veterinary presentation.
- Services: available power, water, air, drainage, waste handling and the refrigeration brief.
- Supply boundary: equipment, civil work, supports, services, packing/freight, installation, training and acceptance responsibilities.
Identify the attachments and unknowns
Attach drawings or photographs only when you have permission to share them. Label preliminary drawings and list any survey, authority or service information still to be confirmed. Ask the proposal to state its assumptions and the documents needed before fabrication and installation.
