Cattle slaughter line installation and equipment references

Review cattle rail/platform photographs and transfer/cutting footage against your building measurements, route and equipment supply scope.

Compare equipment references with your project brief

Compare these cattle-line references with the rail, platform or downstream transfer section in your purchasing brief. The photographs and film help identify visible equipment; your own route, animal range and measured site determine the proposal.

These are equipment and installation references without identified customer acceptance records.

Downstream cattle transfer and cutting conveyors from company footage
Cleaned same-video still shows downstream cattle transfer and cutting conveyors; it is not evidence of a complete cutting-room supply scope.

How will carcass transfer, cutting conveyors, product handling and the separately specified refrigeration system connect?

From a brief to equipment scope and handover checks

  1. Brief. Choose the intended halal or non-halal conventional route first. Describe the requirement to investigate, the equipment to retain and the intended carcass or cut-product outlet. A rail photograph does not identify the slaughter method used at its source.
  2. Scope. Connect the proposed machinery to surveyed rail levels, working positions and product transfers. Separate the conveyor and platform package from civil supports, utilities, refrigeration and any further cutting or packing equipment to be specified.
  3. Handover preparation. Prepare an agreed equipment schedule, interface drawing and installation responsibility list. Set review and handover checks against that scope with the owner and installer, including the relevant veterinary, welfare and halal review parties.

Choose the operating route and country preparation

Plan the halal cattle route · Plan the non-halal cattle route

For a Southeast Asian or Central Asian facility, review the intended route with the local authorities before final equipment selection. Use the country guides to prepare veterinary, site, environmental and any halal questions relevant to your project.

Malaysia · Indonesia · Kazakhstan · Uzbekistan
