Installation photograph reference
What the reference shows
This photograph shows overhead cattle conveying rails and operator work platforms. Use it to discuss the suspended carcass path and the working positions required by your proposed dressing section. It illustrates visible equipment arrangement; the requirement and route for a new purchase must come from your own project brief.
This reference has no identified customer acceptance record attached.
Compare the reference with your purchase requirement
| Your requirement to investigate | Information to supply | Technical choice to review |
|---|---|---|
| Position a dressing task | Describe the task, animal range and required operator approach. | Review the working platform with the carcass presentation and tool location. |
| Connect to retained rails | Survey rail elevations, intersections, receiving points and supports. | Review the transfer path and retained/new rail boundary. |
| Fit the measured building | Record beams, columns, clearances and access around each station. | Coordinate platform placement and support responsibilities with the building designer. |
Site measurements and supply interfaces
Survey rail and platform positions from a common datum. Add structural drawings or measurements for the building designer to assess the proposed supports and loads. Mark stairs, walkways, cleaning access and any offal receiving interfaces. A cleaned installation image cannot substitute for measurements or demonstrate the original workshop finish.
Distinguish conveying rails, transfer components and work platforms from civil supports, tool services and local installation works. Name the next carcass receiving position and the inspection access in the equipment schedule. A platform photograph does not establish the supply of a restraint box, hide puller, complete factory or refrigeration system.
Inputs for an equipment quotation
- A measured dressing-area plan with rail levels, building structure and the proposed work sequence.
- The cattle range, retained equipment and tasks to be served by the rail/platform package.
- The selected operating route and buyer/supplier responsibilities for supports, services and installation.
Choose the halal or non-halal conventional route separately, then locate the proposed stations in the cattle process. This image does not identify halal status. The cattle transfer/cutting film is a separate reference and is not presented as another view of this installation.
